Construction of the Ballarat West Police Station on a greenfield site to provide modern facilities for a broad police service over 16 hours and accommodate the following operations – Uniform Branch; Highway Patrol; Divisional Response Unit; Pro-active Programs Unit; administrative staff and executive management.

On site car parking is provided for a number of operational vehicles with remaining area maximised to accommodate police members’ private vehicles and visitor parking.
