With over 130 years in the construction business, Nicholson Construction has had a lot of time to consider and work on its management processes.  Particular emphasis has been paid to its health & safety, quality and environmental processes, all of which follow the continuous improvement model and continue to be certified at each review.

Safety

Committed to ensuring its construction sites are safe places to work, Nicholson Construction holds certification from Total Quality Certification Services International (TQCSI) to the ISO45001:2018 for its commitment to safety management, as well as being certified to the even more stringent safety standards of the Office of the Federal Safety Commission (FSC). Nicholson Construction was the first regional contractor in Victoria to achieve this certification.

Quality

Nicholson Construction holds ISO 9001 certification from TQCSI, in recognition of its commitment to quality management systems.

Environment

Nicholson Construction’s Environmental Management Systems are also recognised and certified by TQCSI.

Nicholson Construction is extremely proud of its achievements in HSEQ and has an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement across the business.  A dedicated HSEQ Manager and HSEQ Co-ordinator report to the company Directors, and oversee the teams working across the project sites, fostering a safety-first culture.ƒ
