Founded in 1895, the iconic Hepburn Spa Bath House is known around the world for its mineral water properties.  Its increasing popularity and the high moisture environment meant an extensive redevelopment was required, including demolition, a new pool and spa facility, as well as renovation of the existing heritage-listed building. A key objective was the incorporation of ESD elements to allow for reduced water usage per treatment.

The works attracted major local and national attention – including personal interest from the Victorian Premier. The project was successfully completed and won Nicholson Construction the MBAV’s Regional Commercial Builder of the Year award.
