A two story building with 102 self-contained units for student accommodation, and associated utility and common areas at Deakin University’s Warrnambool campus.

A unique aspect of this project was the joint collaboration Nicholson Construction had with APM Group, which concurrently constructed two of the same facilities at Deakin’s Geelong Campus.
