Built on the site of the original nursing home, a new single level brick veneer facility was constructed to cater for a 65 bed aged-care unit, primary care consulting suites and medical wards.

A refurbishment was also required to an existing aged-care wing with the installation of a commercial kitchen, laundry and new car park.
