A timber and steel framed multi-storey structure housing a multi-service facility of GP consulting rooms and ancillary suites including podiatry, dental, physio, eye and ear services, as well as BCH’s offices, board room, training and staff rooms.

Built over 12 months, this project demanded a high level of complex construction scheduling to ensure the program was maintained.
